Stress and Insomnia

Are we aware of how stress affects our lives and our sleeping habits or cause insomnia? I suspect not. We become used to the daily life that has a headache or two, arthritis problems or other pains that we assume are caused by what ever we like to assign them to. How to Enjoy Losing Weight

Losing weight was not something I even considered, and even then, I did not think I was fat! After my late husbands death my eating habits changed. From the big meals of meat and two vegetables followed by desert. I could not be bothered cooking, although admittedly I was never anymore than a plain cook at the best of times. I started looking at the ready-made microwave meals in the supermarket freezers and shelves. Finally getting bored with those, I noticed the weight watchers meals with the point values on them. Why do I Need to Exercise?

As we get older unless we have always exercised as a routine, we will not appreciate what it can do for us. Our bodies are designed to move frequently and easily. Today’s lifestyles do not encourage movement unless it is in front of a TV “Wii” game.
The benefits of exercise are frequently those that are unseen and unknown, until we have cause to notice the sudden lack of something we took for granted.
